Celebrate fall and get into the Halloween spirit with our Great Pumpkin tournament. Milder temperatures and autumn colors make for a welcome backdrop for competitive rounds involving two-person teams. Open to the public.

Established in 2022, as a combination of the Member-Guest and the original Boutell Memorial Scramble, this is a competitive two-person scramble for men and women or mixed two-person teams. Open to the public.

Team up with a partner in this uniquely challenging event where you’ll play scramble for the first six holes, play best ball for the next six, and finish with alternate shot formats… all in just 18 holes of golf. Open to the public.

Our annual Oceana Golf Club Championship consists of a Championship Flight, Handicap Flight, Senior Flight, Super Senior Flight, and Ladies Flight. The game is played by the holes in Match Play. Open to full-playing members, walking members, and Certificate Holders only.

2024 marks our 51st year! Named for Joe Foster, Oceana Golf Club’s first resident PGA Professional who started in 1965 and spent 27 years running the clubhouse, this annual two-day, 36-hole best ball tournament is the most highly anticipated golf event in the region. Open to the public.

The event season at Oceana opens with this annual scramble hosted by the Shelby Rotary Club, and 2024 marks 39 years of the tournament. Proceeds from the weekend support the local Rotary Club and their various projects and organizations. Open to the public.
